A customer relationship manager at Dhofar Automotive, Hawraa Al Lawati, has won the first prestigious “Customer Service Executive of the Year 2012” award in the automotive sector at the Oman Customer Service Excellence Awards organised by OITE Conferences and supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and the Oman & Public Authority for Consumer Protection.
Hawraa, who only joined Dhofar Automotive in January, has been working in CRM (customer relationship management) roles with the Zubair Automotive Group for over two years and is totally dedicated to delivering the highest standards of customer care.
This new customer service excellence award is given to individuals who have demonstrated strong leadership and management skills with and emphasis on staff development and ensuring innovative, visionary and creative thinking. Award winners were chosen on their management skill, commitment and through them being proactive in developing initiatives that focus on providing service excellence to customers.
