Company  recognises two top talents for Best Employee of The Year 2011
Six winners walk away with Best Employee for Q4 2011 award

International Heavy Equipment (IHE), part of the Zubair Automotive Group in Oman which represents Renault and Volvo brand trucks and several construction equipment brands has announced its employee awards for 2011.

The programme of IHE awards began in 2004 and have continued with the exception of a brief interlude ever since. Since inception every quarter two employees from each department and top two members from the company are awarded every year. The awards have been presented with the objective of recognising individuals in the organisation for outstanding performance and to motivate other IHE employees to raise their levels of competitiveness in line with the company’s corporate practices.

Hani M Al Zubair, Executive Chairman of The Zubair Automotive Group presented the awards of IHE Best Employee of the Year to Moza Suleiman Hamdan Al Sheibani, junior accountant and Mr Rajeesh Pulpparambil, diesel mechanic also received the Best Employee for the year 2011 award.

He also presented the Best Employee For Q4 2011 to six IHE employees -- Rapusinghe A.D. Chatura Jayanath – Diesel Mechanic, Mohammed Said Suwaid Al Wahaibi – Department Co-coordinator, Said Rashid Hamdan Al Isaee – Parts Supervisor, Ms Abeer Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Raisi – Coordinator, Shahid Mehmood Mohammed Sarwar – Sr. Technician [Mechanical] and Assad Mubarak Khamis Al Aamri  – Jr. Mechanic. Every winner received certificates of appreciation and cash awards.

The IHE awards event holds particular significance in view of the corporate excellence benchmarks set by the company and includes members from all functional departments.  IHE General Manager Ram Mohan said: “At IHE we strive to do things better and enhance customer experience and exceed expectations. We always seek to find ways to improve in everything that we do. The recognition our employees receive helps encourage and motivate both front and behind the scenes employees to develop their personal skills and thereby provide the best customer service practices in the departments they represent which is integral to the success of our business.

“These eight top performing employees deserve this commendation. We have clear cut objectives for our human assets -- to recognize them for their efforts, achievements and contribution to the organisation as a whole. Besides motivating, we also challenge and encourage others to follow the top performers,” added Mr. Ram Mohan.

Moza Al Sheibani, one of the winners of the best employee award for 2011 said: “I am delighted and pleased to have been considered for the Best Employee of The Year 2011. This recognition will motivate me to perform even better and contribute to the company's growth.”
