Mitsubishi FUSO conducts Free Service Campaign for all MFTBC vehicles in Salalah

General AutomotiveCompany, the sole distributor of the FUSObrand of commercial vehicles in Oman, conducteda Free Service Campaign for all MFTBC (Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation) vehicles from July 5 to July 7 in Salalah. Customers who own FUSO vehicles were invited to use this great opportunity to get their vehicles checked by the professionally trained service technicians at the Salalah Service Centre.

“The primary focus of the campaign was to create awareness in the market among individualand fleet customers that we do care for their vehicles,” said Mark Tomlinson, General Manager of Mitsubishi FUSO. “We would like to enahncethe trust and loyalty that is beyond reproach and we want our customers to have confidence, knowing that their vehicles are in good hands,” he added.

During the Free Service check campaign period, comprehensive health checkups,regardless of the model, were conducted. Engines were topped up and a detailed report on the vehicle, explaining the various points noticed during the check-up, were provided to the customer. Also, free gifts were given to the customers in addition to a 35 per cent discount on parts and 30 per cent discount on labor for any of the jobs identified during this campaign.

“It is our market research efforts; well-built infrastructure; andtop-quality servicing and maintenance facilities that help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction,” said Jamal Wasti, National Sales Manager of Mitsubishi FUSO.

Fleet Owners were also invited on July 6 to interact with Mr.Nagasaki from FUSO, Japan regional office at Dubai. This created a great opportunity for him to interact the key fleet customers and facilitate the high quality technical support and guidance for their fleet operations of the FUSO brand of vehicles.
