Mitsubishi FUSO conducts Free Service Campaign in Muscat

General Automotive Company, the official distributor of the FUSO brand of commercial vehicles in Oman, conducted a 2-day ‘Free Service Check’ Campaign for all MFTBC (Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation) vehicles in Muscat recently. Customers who own FUSO vehicles were invited to use this great opportunity to get their vehicles checked by the professionally trained service technicians at the FUSO Service Centre in Athaibah.

During the ‘Free Service Check’ campaign period, comprehensive health checkups, regardless of the model, were conducted. Engines were topped up with oil and a detailed report on the vehicle, explaining the various points noticed during the check-up, were provided to the customer. Also, free gifts were given to the customers in addition to special discount on parts and labor for any of the jobs identified during this campaign. The campaign also included free oil top-ups and free oil changes on vehicles that required them.
 
“This is just the first in a series of service campaigns that will be taking place throughout the year, covering all key locations in the country. Our team of well-qualified and experienced professionals will be on hand throughout the campaign to provide all necessary technical advice to our customers, thereby ensuring that all their needs and requirements are met.” added Mark.
 
Truck owners also enjoyed the benefit of interacting with Kazuhiro Nagasaki, the General Manager of the MFTBC service branch office in Dubai and a technical expert on FUSO vehicles. This created a great opportunity for customers to interact with an expert engineer and obtain firsthand technical support and guidance they required for their fleet of the FUSO brand of vehicles.
