All Mitsubishi models covered during fixed period campaign
In continuation of an ongoing exercise to serve customers better during the extremely hot summer months, Mitsubishi Oman has introduced a free A/C check-up campaign for all Mitsubishi motorcar owners in Oman. The current service campaign which began last month will run till the end of June.
Mark Tomlinson, general manager of Mitsubishi Oman said: “As our customer cars have to work as efficiently also during the long summer months, keeping the driver and occupants in a safe, comfortable and cool environment is top priority. As part of our commitment to customer care we introduced the free A/C check-up campaign last month and many of our customers have already availed this free AC checkup from top class services offered by our factory-trained professional technicians. As a representative of a Japanese customer focused automotive brand in Oman with factory approved service set-up we can offer this exclusive second-to-none service for the benefit of all Mitsubishi car and SUV owners and users in Oman.”
The complimentary free A/C check-up includes diagnostics and general health checks. The service centre is also offering discounts of up to 35 % on all A/C related parts and labour during the campaign. .
Mitsubishi owners can also avail this facility for their cars by pre-booking the service. “Walk-in customers are also invited to participate. Enthusiastic customer feedback from a previous campaign prompted us to introduce this popular service once again for 2012 and as always the customer response to the programme has been very enthusiastic,” saidJamal Wasti, national sales manager.
