Newly Promoted Retail Sales Manager Excels at Volkswagen Training Program
Mohammed Al Rusheidi announced as Volkswagen Oman’s first Certified Sales Manager
Volkswagen Oman, represented by Wattayah Motors, announces Mohammed Al Rusheidi, Retail Sales Manager for Volkswagen Oman, as the first Certified Sales Manager to complete an intensive new training programme by Volkswagen Middle East.
This certification is awarded following nine-month training course by Volkswagen Middle East, which provides a structured development program including Leadership, Customer Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction.  
Steven Grey, National Sales Manager of Volkswagen Oman said, “We believe that this innovative new training programme shows our managers of today, and of the future, how to become great leaders and, most importantly, how to deliver exceptional standards of customer service.  Mohammed has embraced the training wholeheartedly and continues to prove himself to be a truly valuable asset to our brand.”  
On being awarded the certification, Mohammed Al Rusheidi said, “The training was a brilliant opportunity to learn and to get a better understanding of Volkswagen best practices worldwide. I am truly lucky to have been chosen for this training program and will ensure the knowledge I have gained will help our business grow.” 
“These achievements are a testament to Mohammed’s efforts in his former role as a showroom manager. As a reflection of his achievements and his recent certification, we have now changed his status within the business to that of Retail Sales Manager,” added Steven.
