Wattayah Motors Conducts Volkswagen Team Building Event

The Volkswagen team in Oman have worked hard to gain a solid reputation for delivering high standards of service to customers. In commemoration of this achievement and to further promote team spirit, Wattayah Motors, the exclusive dealers for Volkswagen in Oman, organised a special get-together for its staff from the sales, service, and management teams.

 
Commenting on the importance of holding regular events to build the spirit of teamwork, General Manager of Volkswagen Oman – Hemant Bhat noted: “2013 has been a great year for us, and we’re particularly proud of the achievements of our team, which continues to offer unparalleled levels of service and performance. This has reflected in the brand's image in Oman and has, over the years, become synonymous with trust, reliability and building strong lasting relationships. We organised this gathering to thank our staff for their exceptional performance and to further our goal of exceeding our customer’s expectations.”
 
A congregation of Volkswagen’s staff from across the Sultanate attended the event and included members of the sales and marketing team, technicians as well as those who work in the after-sales and IT department. The evening included a staff dinner and personal interaction opportunities wherein recommendations were taken from staff about how the workplace could be made better and more productive. Senior members of the team discussed the growth strategy and ways of meeting the growing demand on Volkswagen models.
