GAC launches ‘Move Beyond’ Campaign
General Automotive Company (GAC), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Oman, has launched a new ‘Move Beyond’ campaign, offering all sedan owners a chance of their lifetime to ‘trade up’ their old car for a brand new SUV or a 4WD from Mitsubishi.
The ‘Move Beyond’ campaign is an invitation for all car-lovers to ‘trade up’ or upgrade their everyday cars for a vehicle of their choice from the Mitsubishi fleet. Alongside the trade up deal, buyers can also avail a host of free services and offers that have been appended to make it a one-of-its kind upgrade option in the local automobile industry. Scheduled to run until October 24th, the campaign which kicked off on 25th August, is open to owners of all sedan vehicles seeking to pick one of Mitsubishi’s prestigious brands.
Highlighting the key features of the new campaign, GAC General Manager Manoj Ranade said, “Our ‘Move Beyond’ campaign is a literal call for car-lovers to go beyond their sedans and find the SUV or 4WD of their dreams in our fleet of Mitsubishi vehicles. The campaign is scripted to target all sedan owners who have been nursing a dream of owning a Mitsubishi brand. With options of free service and insurance, buyers availing the ‘Move Beyond’ campaign will also benefit from the added benefits of six years unlimited mileage warranty and trade-in bonus (up to 1000 OMR on select models.”
The ‘Move Beyond’ campaign allows buyers to ‘trade up’ their sedans for Mitsubishi Attrage, Montero Sport, Pajero, Outlander or L200 and enjoy cash-back, ranging from OMR1100 to RO3500, on all models. Besides, buyers have the option of utilising the cash-back as down payment or of handing it over for the purchase of insurance and service. While the free service option is available from 30,000kms or two years to 50,000kms or four years on select models, the free insurance, also on select models, is available for a year in Oman. There is more: six years each of mileage warranty and road side assistance on all vehicles, plus scratch and win fuel cards for up to 1000 litres.
Explaining further about the generous offers pegged on to the campaign, Ranade added: “We have been receptive to the feedback from our patrons and potential buyers, and have, accordingly, tailored ‘Move Beyond’ to cater to sedan owners who have been planning to upgrade their vehicles before the end of the year. Our market research has demonstrated a strong inclination among sedan owners to seek avenues to upgrade to models that have established strong credentials in the market. And with Mitsubishi, it is all about driving one’s ambition, more so now with ‘Move Beyond’. Mitsubishi vehicles have, time and again, demonstrated their calibre in the local market with their statement making features that have wowed car lovers looking for durability and versatility. For many car-lovers in the country, Mitsubishi has become synonymous with 4WD, thanks to the proven skills of its popular brands to manoeuvre all terrains, more so the off-roads and the deserts.”
As per the campaign scheme, Mitsubishi Attrage will be available from OMR3,995, Montero Sport from OMR9,995, Pajero from OMR10,995, Outlander from OMR7,995, and L200 from 5995 OMR (inclusive of the cash gift). The campaign offer will be applicable only for retail trade; however, vehicles that feature any dealer fitted accessories will be entertained in the trade up.
