In order to keep the staff highly motivated to deliver excellence, regular training is imparted through workshops and lectures. These training programmes are designed to enhance not only functional skills but also deliver behavioral training. All new Omani employees go through intensive on-the-job training covering initial orientation, special classes in English language and basic computer training among other skill acquisition programmes.
